Beyond Pandora-Playlist Workshop, Fenton MO

So many couples go into labor with music, get half way through, and turn it off.

They miss out on the power of music for birth because they just don't understand how to use music during birth!

This actually happened to me during my first birth. Even though I had a music therapy degree, I had never learned how to use music for BIRTH. A few years later, I learned what I could have done better with my music and now my team and I want to share some simple techniques with you.

This fun workshop is for pregnant people and their birth buddies (2 persons per enrollment) who want to use music during their birth.

This course is taught by board certified music therapists who are trained in the therapeutic use of music for pregnancy, birth, and post-natally.

You will learn

  • the power of music regardless of your birth plan, expectations, or outcome
  • what kinds of music you should have
  • how to organize your music so you can use it easily on the day of your birth
  • your birth buddy will know and understand when to play certain kinds of music

$75 per enrollment (includes pregnant person and birth buddy)

Register to claim your spot now.

Complete the registration form and a request for payment will be sent to you through Paypal. (If you prefer another method of payment, please indicate on the registration form.)

Creative Arts Birthing Childbirth Course-Kirkwood

Getting ready for a baby can be exciting. Getting ready for a birth can be nerve-wracking. Having the right class can put your mind at ease and help you fully prepare for birth.

The Creative Arts Birthing Series (CAB) is different than other childbirth classes. At St. Louis Birth Rhythms, we use music and creative arts to educate as well as prepare for birth emotionally, mentally, and physically over eight weeks.

These childbirth classes take you through each stage of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the peri-natal period. By the end of the series, you and your support person will be informed, confident, and will have created an entire birth art gallery that you can take to your birth.

We'll also talk about how to use music to prepare for birth during pregnancy. Things you can do now that will help you when you go into labor.

Even if you have taken childbirth classes before, this series will add to your knowledge, understanding, and preparation for birth. No other class uses music and art to educate you about birth as well as prepare emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Clients who purchase four or more sessions, will get lifetime access to our playlist library.

Group rates: $75/mother & support person per session for 1-3 sessions; $50/couple per session for 4-8 sessions.

Save $200 when you book 8 sessions!

  • Book 4+ sessions and get lifetime access to our playlist library.

  • Book 8 sessions and bring a friend to one session for FREE.

What's in your prenatal vitamin?

Most of us at least suspect our diets are not as balanced as they could be. Or at least, want to assure we are bridging the gaps between what we eat and what we need. That's what multivitamins are for, right?!

Recent research has shown vitamins do not improve health outcomes and may cause harm.

However, studies show diet has an impact on development, reduced risk of complications, and even future development after your baby is born.

During this call, we'll talk about how to make sure you and your baby get the nutrition you need for the best possible pregnancy and birth.

Not pregnant? This information is pertinent to everyone and can be helpful for couples who are trying to conceive as well.
