Essential Oil Classes
When you a little one crawling around, you begin to look at the things your home differently. What chemicals are under your kitchen and bathroom sink? What about in your medicine cabinet? Essential oils are a safe, non-toxic, and simple alternative for common household chemicals. We use essential oils in our daily lives, talk about them in our classes, and use them during labors. Naturally, clients started asking how they could get some as well. So we began teaching free essential oil classes. Our goal is not to sell oils to you. It is to educate you about them and to connect you with the same discount programs we use to get our oils 25% off as well as earn free products.
We offer free one to one consultations and personalized classes for you and your friends.
Acupressure Comfort Measure
Pregnancy can be a time of excitement and wonder. It can also be a time of discomfort.
From nausea to back pain, sciatica to breast tenderness, you may be uncomfortable even while your pregnancy is going well.
You and your partner can use acupressure comfort measures to reduce or even eliminate many of the most common complaints during pregnancy, labor, and after you have your baby. These measures are drug-free, fast, and easy.
You and a support person will learn to use acupressure comfort measures at one of St. Louis Birth Rhythms' acupressure workshops. Acupressure comfort measures can be used during your pregnancy, labor, and after your birth.
